Payment Options

You can now pay your monthly bill online, by mail, in person at our office during business hours, or drop off payments after hours through the letter slot in our office door.

Residential customers will get a 10% discount on the service portion of the bill if it is paid in full within 14 days of the billing date. Senior citizens qualify for the 10% discount if the bill is paid within 45 days. For customer convenience, a discount due date is printed on each bill.

Payments are also accepted at Peoples Savings Bank, South Hadley branch only, 494 Newton St., South Hadley, during normal banking hours.

If you have special circumstances

If you would like your bill temporarily forwarded to you at another address, or need it to be regularly sent to a third party for payment, just call our office.
