We are excited to be able to connect with our neighbors on Facebook! Visit our Facebook page today — make sure you see our logo to know it is our official page.

Reaching out to our customers on Facebook is part of our efforts to better serve the community. We want to share more about the advancements SHELD is making, and we want to get more feedback from you.

We will do our best to monitor Facebook during business hours: weekdays / non-holidays 8:30am–4:30pm — we hope to hear from you! However, to report an outage or downed wire call our main number at 413-536-1050; outage/emergency calls are answered 24/7.

Of course, you can always come by our Main Street office in person during business hours. But we hope that connecting with you on Facebook will enable us to keep you better informed about what we’re doing, and other developments in town.
