Conditions for Rebate

• Qualified Product (Smart Wi-Fi Thermostat) Must Be Purchased between 01/01/19 and 12/31/19 and Submitted by 01/31/20
• Must have Wi-Fi Connection Enabled
• Maximum Rebate Amount of $125, Not to Exceed Purchase Price
• One Rebate per Customer per year
• Rebate Form Must be Received within 60 days from Purchase Date
• The Utility Reserves the Right to Change or End these Rebates at Any Time without Notice

Rebate Eligibility is based on

• Municipal Light Dept. natural gas/electric heat
• Central A/C
• Air source heat pumps
• Ductless mini-split heat pumps
