If you are just setting up your account, this info should
come in handy.

The SHELD Customer Service Portal

The Customer Service Portal enables you to make online payments, as well as manage your account settings (such as paperless billing or automatic payments) or view your usage history.

There are additional instructions within the portal, and you can also download our guide to your online account (PDF) to have it available for reference.

Here Is What You Will Need

Your Monthly Bill

Your bill states your account number, which you need to login the first time.

Payment Method

Have your bank account and routing numbers handy, or a valid credit card.

Password & Contacts

You should select a new password after initial login, and enter contact information for alerts.

What To Do The First Time

Select 'Make Payments'

This prompts your initial login; don't use the "Login" link until after initial set-up.

Enter Account Number

Find your account number on your monthly bill and enter it as instructed.

Enter Password

The very first time you login, your account number will also be your password.
